You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for configuring agents, widgets, connected tools, member access, and any instructions that affect how the service behaves.

You may not use Agentergroup to break the law, violate others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, collect data without a proper basis, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.

You are responsible for ensuring that your agents, widgets, automations, prompts, knowledge sources, and integrations are lawful, accurate, and appropriate for your use case.

Agentergroup uses AI systems that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. You should review outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including any messages sent to customers, leads, internal users, or third-party systems.

If you deploy an Agentergroup-powered widget on a website, you are responsible for providing appropriate notices, obtaining any required consent, and ensuring that the widget use complies with applicable laws.

You should not configure widgets to request sensitive personal data unless it is necessary, lawful, and clearly explained to the user.

When you connect third-party services, you authorize Agentergroup and its integration providers to access and use the connected account data needed to perform the requested actions.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Agentergroup is not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, errors, or data handling outside our control.

Paid plans, usage limits, extra credits, renewals, and billing terms are shown at checkout or inside the billing area of the product.

You are responsible for payment of applicable fees and taxes. You can cancel or manage billing through the product where billing controls are available.

Agentergroup and its software, design, brand, and platform technology remain owned by Agentergroup or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your workspace content, prompts, knowledge sources, and customer data, subject to the rights needed for Agentergroup to operate and improve the service.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Agentergroup will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider changes, or product improvement.

Agentergroup is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentergroup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures.
